Ask a privacy questionScope
This policy applies to quickshotstudio.net, Quick Shot Studio support communications, beta feedback, and the Quick Shot Studio desktop application. It does not control third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy policies.
Information handled by the website
Quick Shot Studio does not currently use website analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts, or web forms. The theme toggle stores your light or dark preference in your browser under the key qss-theme. That preference stays in your browser and is not sent to Quick Shot Studio.
The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process request information such as an IP address, traffic-routing data, system configuration, requested URLs, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
Support and beta communications
If you email Quick Shot Studio, the information received includes your email address and anything you choose to include, such as your name, message, application version, screenshots, diagnostics, or sample files. Do not send confidential model or project files unless support asks for them and you are authorized to share them.
Desktop application data
Quick Shot Studio processes models, textures, project settings, previews, and renders on your Windows computer using local application components and Blender. The current beta does not automatically upload project files and does not include product analytics or telemetry.
Information leaves your computer only when you choose to share it, such as by attaching a file or screenshot to a support message.
How information is used
Information may be used to:
- respond to support questions and beta feedback;
- diagnose bugs and improve product reliability;
- operate, protect, and maintain the website and support channels; and
- meet legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of users and others.
Service providers and disclosure
Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security. Google provides the email service used for support communications. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Quick Shot Studio does not sell or rent personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or systems, or as part of a business transfer where appropriate safeguards apply.
Retention and security
Support messages and related files are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, diagnose recurring issues, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect retained information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can clear the qss-theme preference through your browser storage controls. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information provided through support. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping needs.
International processing
Cloudflare and Google operate internationally. Information handled by those providers may be processed in the United States and other countries, subject to the safeguards and legal terms used by each provider.
Children
Quick Shot Studio is not directed to children under 13, and personal information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. Contact support if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the website, application, or data practices change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
